Seafood Soup

As a busy Mom 4 I've often difficult to find recipes that are tasty enough for kids, but not the traditional chicken nuggets - or hot-dog-type menu, my kids would eat every day if they were allowed to do so. Add usability crockpot, which is such an amazing time saver, and you have the preconditions for a great recipe.

This simple soup of fish feeds 8-10 people, and Kenny has the seal of the children. It is also relatively inexpensive, with ingredients that can be found in any grocery store. We usually serve with homemade bread & a big salad.

Ingredients:

3 cans of cheddar cheese soup, 3 cans Cream of potato soup, 6 cans of milk, 1 8 oz package of imitation crab meat, a can of chopped or minced clams, 1 from the shrimp, choice of spices to taste.

Firstly, all the empty cans of soup (two kinds), the crockpot. Add 6 cans of milk, using soups. Mix together with whisk. Add the shrimp & clams, including liquid in cans. Mix with a whisk. Cut up crab meat into bite-sized pieces. Mix with whisk again. Join your choice of spices to taste and whisk again. Cook in crockpot on high 4-6 hours. Stir before serving.

The recipe is about 10 bowls of soup, and freezes very well. For more talent, you can also use canned crab or lump crab. This soup can be very versatile. If you do not have potatoes in the soup, I recommend you use 6 cans of cheddar cheese soup, Cream of potato soup missed completely. I hope your soup!
