* Coriander powder (3 tablespoons)
* Mumashala (1 tablespoon)
* Red pepper powder (1 teaspoon)

* Vegetable oil (3 tablespoons)
* 2 carrots, peeled, sliced (optional)
* 2 potatoes, peeled, sliced (optional)
* 4 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
* 1 inch fresh ginger (finely chopped)

1. Add vegetable oil heating a large pot over medium heat.
