The Omelette material: 100 gr crab meat 1 garlic fang, the refined slice 2 btg daung the onion, the refined slice 3 btr the egg, shook free ½ sdt powdered pepper and salt 5 human resources of Butter cooking oil to numis Sauce: 1 garlic fang, bruised 50 cc water 1 sdt flour maizena 50 gr peas peanuts 1 sdt salt 1 sdt sugar ½ sdt pepper 1 cgkr sweet and sour sauce botolan 1 adequate human resources of Vinegar butter The instruction: * Dadar Telur: stir-fryed the garlic with butter, put the crab and material for the omelette except cooking oil and the egg. * Setelah tumisan cold put the egg, heated cooking oil and fried batter was 2 parts, eliminated. * Saus: stir-fryed the garlic, put water, sweet and sour sauce, stirred level. * Setelah boiled put maizena that has been diluted, stirred and boiled. * Masukkan all the remnants of the material, cooked until congealed. * Sajikan fu yung hi with the shower of acid sauce
