Sometimes used interchangeably Manicotti cannelloni, but there is a difference. The big difference is that is of cannelloni pasta sheets that fold and pasta made from molded Manicotti filled. Manicotti and I also have my box did not always do.
Ingredients (6 persons):
Can be purchased in a store (I usually ronzoni but there are other brands as well) - * 14 - pasta shells Manicotti (about 8 grams).
* 2 cups - ricotta
* 3 cups - Mozzarella cheese, grated
* 1 cup - Parmesan cheese, grated
* 2 cup - Cheese
* 2 - eggs
* 1 tbsp - fresh Italian parsley, chopped
* 1 / 4 tsp - Salt
* 1 / 4 tsp - pepper
* 1 / 4 teaspoon - nutmeg
* Coordinator Botticelli Italian tomato sauce (as much as desired)
