Yummy Egg Salad Sandwich Recipe







What was great! I love curry egg salad sandwich. Curry version, adding a little mango chutney and raisins, dried currants or soft at the end of the picnic really puts us over the top. I used to break the cooked eggs that all them in a bowl and then pulling back two forks on them until they have been doing consistently, if it appears that the trip fantastic. Chopping them now was my favorite way.

This recipe for an egg sandwich. If you have more eggs and more people to eat only double, triple, etc. the recipe. There are elements of the egg recipe salad, sandwich:

A large hard-boiled eggs, peeled and sliced

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 tablespoon chopped green onions

2 tablespoons chopped celery

Curry

Salt

Pepper

1 leaf lettuce

2 slices of dark rye bread, toasted

Step by Step, Recipe egg salad sandwich:

First Take hard boiled eggs, place in a small saucepan, cover with water.

Add second half teaspoon of vinegar to the water (if the shells crack during boiling vinegar helps egg shells).

Third Cover and let rise until boiling. Once water is boiling, remove from heat and let sit, covered, for 12 minutes.

4th draining of water, add cold water to cool the eggs, leave for a few minutes longer.

Fifth Mix chopped hard boiled eggs, mayonnaise, onion and celery. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and curry. Stir. Area of rye bread, add lettuce, and halve.

You can also use some extra mustard and black pepper give some additional flavor.
