Stir-Fried Chicken Pasta Recipe
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Total cooking time: 15 minutes
Serves: 4-6
Ingredients:
- 270 g (9 oz) jar sun-dried tomatoes in oil
- 500g (1 pound) chicken, cut into thin strips
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 / 2 cup (125 ml / 4 cup.) Cream
- 2 tablespoons chopped basil
- 400 grams (13 ounces) penne pasta, cooked
- 2 tablespoons pine nuts, toasted
Directions:
1st Let the tomatoes very well, while respecting all oil and thinly sliced tomatoes.
2nd Heat wok to very hot, add 1 tablespoon of the reserved oil from sun-dried tomatoes and stir well to coat the sides. Then stir fry chicken pieces in small batches, until then, adding more oil if you think necessary.
3rd Place chicken strips into the wok and add garlic, tomatoes and cream. Let it simmer for about 4-5 minutes or so.
4th After that, stir in basil and pasta, and let it cook. Season well and serve immediately topped with toasted pine nuts.

Tips:
1st Toast pine nuts in a dry-frying in a wok until lightly browned.
2nd Let the tomatoes, save all the oil and slice.
3rd Transfer chicken to wok with garlic, dried tomatoes and cream.
